  • 01. Do you provide doorstep service?

    Yes. Our technicians are equipped with the tools to provide services onsite. Only for complex repairs we take the devices back to our service center. There are no extra charges for onsite service.

  • 02. How much time it takes to get my device fixed?

    For most of the repairs, the turnaround time is 30 minutes.

  • 03. What are your working hours?

    Our office time from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. In case you don’t get connected, please write to us at support@servicecenterzone.com. We will get back to you.

  • 04. Do you offer warranty on services offered?

    Yes we offer warranty. For more details you can contact our sales representative.

  • 05. Can I rely on Service Center Zone for the safety of my mobile/tablet?

    The damage is often beyond what you see. For example, physical damage to the screen may affect other components such as sensor, motherboard, etc., for which you can’t make Service Center Zone responsible. Also, while fixing multiple issues minor wear & tear may happen, and device might not be returned as-is condition that you see on the surface. Apart from that, rest assured, Service Center Zone provides honest repair services at your place.

  • 06. Do you use originally manufactured screens?

    We use premium quality screens only. All parts are 100% safe. Only device manufacturer can claims their parts as original. Rest assured, the functionality and sensitivity of the parts are at par with original. We offer 6 months warranty on our spare parts.

  • 07. Is there any hidden charges/cost?

    No, there is no extra and other hidden charges. You will be be only charges which is quoted by our sales representative.

  • 08. Any visiting charge?

    No. There is no visiting charge if problem is already diagnosed and our technician come for replace the part. If problem is not diagnosed and our technician visit to let you know the issue with device then visiting charges will be apply.

  • 09. How can i make the payment?

    You have to pay only when the screen is replaced and you are satisfied with the service. You can pay through cash, Google pay, PayTM, or Bank Transfer.
